Barry Town Euro tie to be streamed by S4C

UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE QUALIFYING — Barry Town’s Europa League preliminary round first-leg tie with Cliftonville on Thursday will be streamed live online by S4C (6.30).

Barry Town have travelled to Northern Ireland this weekend as they make their final preparations with a friendly fixture against Ballymena.

Cliftonville meanwhile are in Wales and will face Connah’s Quay this afternoon at Airbus’ Hollingsworth Group Stadium.

On Friday, Cardiff Met were beaten at The New Saints in what was their final preparation game before heading out to Luxembourg.

Dan Spencer – now expected to lead the Cardiff Met attack in the absence of recently departed Adam Roscrow – gave the Archers an early third minute lead with a chipped finish past Connor Roberts, before Greg Draper struck twice as The New Saints led at the break.

Draper added a third for Saints soon after the restart as their 100 percent pre-season record continued.

Tickets for both Barry Town’s and Cardiff Met’s game at the Leckwith Stadium are still available, please check the club’s official social media for details.
