Connah’s Quay have confirmed that that their debut UEFA Champions League tie against FK Sarajevo will be streamed live on Wednesday night (7.00).
The Nomads host the Bosnian champions behind-closed-doors at the Cardiff City Stadium but the match will be streamed live, for free, on the club’s official Facebook and YouTube pages.
That broadcast will be free of charge for viewers and will be produced by Tagg Media, who are run by former Sky Sports correspondent, Bryn Law who will be providing commentary on the night.
Meanwhile, Saraejevo manager Vinko Marinovic says he is side are prepared for a physical challenge.
“We are prepared to the maximum, we analysed some matches. They are a combative and disciplined team, they play typical English football, a lot of duels and pressing. We have to be focused,” said Marinovic.
Dynamo Brest’s 6-3 victory over FC Astana on Monday night means that they will host either Connah’s Quay or Sarajevo in the second qualifying round.
