Connah’s Quay to start title defence against Bala Town

Connah’s Quay will begin their defence of the Cymru Premier title against Bala Town on the opening day of the 2020/21 season on Saturday 12 September.

The league will initially start the season with all games behind closed doors.

Newly promoted duo Flint Town United and Haverfordwest County both begin their seasons at home.

Flint will mark their return to the top flight against Newtown, whilst Haverfordwest will entertain Cefn Druids.

The New Saints will travel to Barry Town United, Aberystwyth Town face Cardiff Met and Caernarfon Town welcome Penybont to complete the opening round of fixtures.

An early season midweek round will then see four fixtures scheduled for Tuesday 15 September: Cardiff Met v Haverfordwest, Cefn Druids v Flint Town, Newtown v Caernarfon Town and Penybont v Aberystwyth. Ties involving the European clubs have been rescheduled for a later date.
